Manisha Swain

Manisha is an Investment Officer at Climate United supporting the Building Decarbonisation team’s efforts in clean energy financing. She is passionate about impact investments in the climate resilience and sustainability space.
Prior to Climate United, Manisha led and consulted on climate financing and development projects with the US DFC and UN Joint SDG Fund. Previously, she worked on the structured derivatives trading desk with Barclays and Nomura. She has experience across functional teams in trade lifecycle management, having liaised with clients across Europe and Asia. She also spent significant time volunteering with youth groups and NGOs on financial literacy and digital skills accessibility.
She holds a Masters from Columbia University in Finance and Economics and a Bachelors from NMIMS University in Technology Management. She currently lives in New York and enjoys travelling during her time off work.
