Climate United Petitions for Rehearing from Full Appeals Court Circuit to Regain Access to Funds

The petition asks the full Circuit Court to hear the case, after the panel ruled 2-1 that the lower court lacked jurisdiction. The panel erred in its ruling by dismissing Constitutional and APA claims, which warrants review by the full court.

Judge Issues Order to Prevent Unlawful Grant Termination

District Judge Orders Stay on EPA’s Unlawful Termination of Grant Agreement

A federal judge issued a temporary restraining order halting EPA from terminating Climate United’s award and providing a path forward to access our funds.
