Nicolle is a Senior Investment Officer at Climate United focused on originating, structuring, and underwriting investment opportunities within the Electric Transportation portfolio.
Nicolle has spent her career using financial tools to create more equitable economic systems. Prior to Climate United, Nicolle worked on the investment team at Gary Community Ventures, where they led fund and direct investments across venture capital, private equity, and private credit with a focus on fintech solutions, home ownership, and employee ownership. Before that, Nicolle was based in Nairobi, Kenya with Lendable, a private credit firm providing debt to fintech companies in emerging markets, where they led capital raising and investor relations. She began her career working on social enterprise investments at the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation.
Nicolle holds a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. They also work as a field instructor with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), teaching leadership through outdoor expeditions. Nicolle is based in New York City.
