Tony Costello
Chief Operating Officer
Tony is the Chief Operating Officer of Climate United, having joined the organization in August of 2024. Climate United is a coalition managing $6.97 billion of the $14 billion National Clean Investment Fund, which was established by the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund and administered by the EPA.
Tony is an experienced leader spending the last 15 years of his career standing up and growing organizations operating at the nexus of government, financial, energy and technology markets. He was most recently a Principal at Actuparo, LLC, a premier professional services firm helping organizations execute their government contracting strategies. He also spent over a decade at Bloomberg Government leading operations, strategy, product and content development throughout his tenure there.
Tony received his undergraduate degree in Finance from The George Washington University and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. He is a CFA Charterholder. He lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland with his wife and two kids.
